The service hours of the school secretary’s office are: from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Thursday, and from 09.00 to 13.00 on Fridays during the academic year,
It is run by a team of administrative officers specialized in dealing with families. It is the place to go to in order for anyone to find the required information to make the most out of the many advantages our school has to offer.
This is where school enrolments, transportation and lunchroom grants, book economic aid programmes, extracurricular activities, student records, parents’ meetings, as well as all documents regarding the school staff are processed.
Due to the high level of workload, we do our best to make things faster by informing families about how these processes need to be carried out. This is why it is important to read carefully all the information the school sends home, so that when submitting any kind of paperwork everything is on point.
